The Vice President of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Prof. He Minghong, met with the Matariki Network of Universities delegation headed by Prof. Christopher Higgins, Vice Chancellor of Durham University, on 24 May 2013. Prof. He briefed the delegation on the institutional mission, funding mechanism, funding budget, and funded programs of NSFC, while Prof. Higgins gave a short introduction to MNU and its international collaboration with partners in China.
